Garmin Connect app not showing Elevation profile in activity

ELevation has been recorded and when I hold my finger the data is there, but the graphical profile is blank and data is not showing.

Is there any way to fix it?

The elevation is logged so it is just a graphical bug. It works with my phone. I even switched to light theme to see if that was the issue.

Make sure you are running the latest version of the app. Clear data and cache. Login again and see if that helps. Otherwise report it to Garmin Support.

I have the same issue. I use a Garmin Edge 1040 Solar. With firmware 26.18 this aspect does not occur. I updated to (beta) firmware 27.07 and then this occurs for rides with profiles Race, MTB and Tour). For ride-data direct from Zwift it does not occur.

On the Win11-PC, browser Edge the Elevation-data is shown.

On my Samsung S23, Android 14; all thems (light, dark, system).
