I have customised the clubs in my bag via Garmin Connect online. Yesterday when I was playing my custom clubs were not offered and i was simply presented with the generic set of clubs.

Confirm the changes were made through the Garmin Golf app in the My Bag menu and then sync through the Garmin Connect app. Changes made through the Garmin Connect website have to be implemented through corded connection via the Garmin Express program installed to the computer.
All my custom clubs were "created" via the Garmin Connect website and, until last week, synchronised automatically. My device has never cable connected to my laptop which, until 2 weeks ago, was a Chromebook.
You must make the changes in the My Bag menu of the Garmin Golf app and then sync these over through the Garmin Connect app via Bluetooth. This is the method of which you should attempt correcting the issue since you are having issues making the changes over the website.
ChromeOS is not compatible with Garmin Express to sync over the changes.
Yup I know that ChromeOS is not compatible for a cable connection however when I setup up my custom clubs, using Garmin Connect on my Chromebook they appeared in Garmin Golf and on my Fenix7. So unless something has changed it worked via Garmin Connect previously.
My custom clubs are visible in Garmin Golf on my phone which is connected by BT to my Fenix7 and has been for 2 years.
So given my custom clubs are visible what changes do I make?
For hands on assistance so you account can be viewed, I recommend contacting Garmin Support to discuss the concern. That would be the best route to determine what may have happened.
