Latest update Garmin Connect problem

It was already taken out from the app once, then brought back, and now it is indeed gone again. On recent models, you can set the custom location directly on the watch, though. Open the Weather widget and press the Start button. If your watch supports the custom location, the option is there.

It worked to change location on watch but still rain and snow. Thanks

Yes, but once it is added, you can select it

yes and everytime i look in to widget i have to change to new location. this is not a option and widget is still weather from standard and not the new one i choose.

this is just so you can se weather on other locations without being there, not your standard location

Please stop your ideas just to defend garmin. they did wrong when took away location for weather. dont need wourkounds from you for something that worked before!

How do I defend Garmin by telling you what workarounds are available? I cannot change what they did, I am just offering you a solution. If you are not interested in workarounds, do not ask questions on the user forum, and rather call the Support and complain directly to Garmin.

Your work around is not the answer or a solution. Many times you offer a work around that is not completely what was before and you still pretend that it is and defend Garmin!

Some people don't want solutions, they just want somewhere to vent

Have you reported the issue to Garmin Support? This is not the place to file bug reports. For the newer models each device forum could be a place to get the attention from Garmin, but do not trust that. Always file a bug report to support if you find something odd that can't easily be fixed by yourself.

Then discuss it here and try to find workarounds and fixes.
