Venu 2+ has stopped recording GPS into activities

Last week I noticed a walk didn't have a map saved with it in the android garmin connect or online. I didn't take much notice but then the next walk I did had the same . I figured the GPS might have failed, or not started prior to moving off, so this time I waited to get the green GPS light and my partner watched me the whole way via live-track, so the data exists and is being sent to the livetrack portal at least, but it's no longer being saved into activities. Anyone know what's going on?

  • Try restarting or resetting the watch. Connect it to a computer with Garmin Express and check for updates.

    You can also export the activity and post the zipped fit file here - we can try to inspect it, and perhaps find some clues.
