I have a Vivomove Style which has been great for the past 18months or so. I’ve not worn it for a few months but now I’ve been wearing again for the past 4 days and I’m having real issues syncing the information. Each time I sync, the steps I’ve done so far that day and current heart rate appear on the Connect app home page no problem (both in focus and at a glance), but no other information is porting over. My sleep data is missing, body battery and stress aren’t showing, any activities I’ve done don’t appear and if I check my calendar in the app it doesn’t show any of the recent activities. Even the Steps and heart rates that I synced from the past few days aren’t being recorded in my calendar and the last time the app claims I’ve entered any activities was January 15th, even though I’ve tracked workouts since then.
I can view all of today’s information on my watch face just fine, I just can’t seem to save any of it on the app. It is all really glitchy and means I cannot use the app.
I have both plugged and unplugged my watch in to charge and let it run down to dead to try and restart it and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. Nothing is working, I’d really like to be able to use my device and look at data over time.
What gives? Any ideas???
