Entering Garmin Coach causes a black screen and returns to the main dashboard

Entering Garmin Coach causes a black screen to appear and returns to the main dashboard. Garmin Coach is coupled with Fenix 8 AMOLED 51 mm.

System: Android 13.1 system,

Smartphone: One Plus 8 Pro.

The problem appeared after updating the Fenix 8 software to SW13.34.

However, the problem concerns only the Android application, so I am reporting the problem here, not on the Fenix Beta forum.

I ask for the opinion of people who use a similar watch-smartphone configuration. And also the administration to look into the problem.

  • The problem persists. After trying to enter Garmin Coach, a black screen appears and disconnects my Fenix 8 from the application for a few seconds. And so on and so forth. I can still only view the plan via the website.
