It is already available (since a few weeks), although currently AFAIK only in Garmin Connect Web.

It actually always happened automatically, since the increased weight automatically leads to increased HR, lower HRV, and higher respiratory rate, which is all what is needed for the vaste majority of the fitness metrics, with the exception of VO₂max (which is, though, rather inaccurate and useless at Walking anyway).
