"Your Session Has Expired"

I am trying to connect to Garmin Connect from an app "Healthy 365" via the Fitness Tracker (Current Fitness Tracker on app is Samsung Health).

However, after keying the details for Garmin Connect for account login and verification code to connect, Garmind Connect would flash "Your Session Has Expired" for less than a second and went back to the login page again. I have tried to uninstall and re-install both Garmin and the Healthy 365 App, but it does not work.

I have written in to Garmin two times yet have not received any responses since 3 Feb.

Appreciate if anyone can assist to offer any advice. Thank you.

  • Hi Gallant, I got the same issue yesterday and got in touch with Healthy365 and got a fix.

    1. Do the following steps on Garmin app: refer: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=H5exg9mk0n3P38DY8cmq67

    • Select Profile & Account in the top right corner.
    • Select Account Settings.
    • Select correct Upload Time Zone under Display Preferences.

    2. Pair again, set permission correctly

    3. Sync to see if issue persist

Sharing so that others like myself and you and benefit. :)

  • I faced the same issue like you.

I have resolved the issue. I believe the problem was caused by the two-factor authentication (2FA) on my Garmin Connect account, which restricted sign-in through the Healthy 365 app.

    ### Steps I took to resolve the issue:
    1. **Deleted my current Garmin account** that had 2FA enabled, as I wanted to retain the same email address linked to the 365 system. (The 2FA was set up during the ECG test on my Garmin watch but can be skipped.)
    2. **Waited for email confirmation** from Garmin confirming the successful account deletion.
    3. **Created a new Garmin Connect account** and synced/logged in through the Healthy 365 tracker site. I was able to sign in without any issues.
    4. **Did not activate Garmin Connect 2FA** after the ECG test to prevent future sign-in restrictions.

    ### Alternative solution:
    1. **No need to delete the current account.** Instead, create a new Garmin account with the option to skip 2FA and sync the Healthy 365 app with the newly created Garmin Connect account.
