Garmin Pay - Not saving Card

Hi,

I cannot save a new card for the first time on the app. After the address details are put in I click next but nothing happens and the "next button" is greyed out?

Garmin Pay is a big mess. And the customer support don't know anything! 3 times in the past year they told me my card is not supported, when it was.
