Need to change the Map source in Garmin Connect as Google maps is starting to display false names

Hi, as Goggle maps is not a reliable source anymore (they decide to change names of places to accomodate some mad politicians), is there a way to switch to better sources in the android Connect application (openstreet map for instance).

You can do that only on Garmin Connect Web, where you can choose between Google, HERE, and OpenStreetMap. Or on iPhone, where you can switch from Google Maps to Apple Maps. If you want such functionality on the Android app, I recommend suggesting it to Garmin at Share Ideas | Garmin, since they won't see it here. However, I am afraid, your chances are quite low.
