Load Focus correct on watch but not in app

Just did a low aerobic exercise with load of 88. My watch Load Focus updated but the app hasn't shown the updated load, even after syncing. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Update: At midnight, training status / load focus was unavailable and said a sync was required. By morning, I was able to sync and it updated.
