In the Garmin connect app, my OTR 710 is not seeing the mobile data

My otr710 is not seeing the mobile data from my Google pro 9. That function is turned on in the phone. I cannot use my live traffic or weather because the GPS keeps telling me to turn on that data

The Garmin dēzl OTR710 is a Garmin truck navigator device and not related to the Garmin Connect Mobile Android app (this forum). Contact Garmin Support directly to report the issue.
