HR, Body Battery and breathing data missing

Hi. Ive noticed that from somwhere around in the middle of December 2024,  my sleepdata  had large gaps in them and now it is missing in the middle of my sleep completely.

Since the data is all correctly saved on my watch ( Fenix 7 Pro Solar) i dare to think, its the apps fault somehow.

  • I recommend to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, wait till the next morning, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips. 

  • Hi. I've tried removing and adding my watch, have uninstalled and installed the app, reseted my watch, synced it via PC

    It doesn't matter what I do, nothing has helped.

  • In that case I recommend reaching out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com

  • I wrote them a few days before this post. In the past I have gotten no response from them so I'm not very hopeful about that .

  • This same issue occured for me last night, Epix Pro Gen 2, brand new received on Sunday. Everything worked great until last night, same issue as outlined above...HR and other data from overnight I can see on the watch, however, syncing on Garmin Connect does not show the data. Restarting watch, phone and followed by syncing...overnight data does not appear. Also, glancing at watch face for it to appear also stops working after an hour or so. Have to restart the watch for it to start working again. This and the overnight data not showing up? After three days?!?!?! Buggy software, Garmin, come on...

  • Same for me. I'm on Epix Gen 2 and it happend a few times over the last months. It is so annoying, since there is no way to retrieve the data on GC. All the data were still present on the watch (until the next day).

    I hope, this bug has been fixed with the last firmware update. We'll see...

  • I have the same problem now, Fenix 7s. 

  • I intermittently have gaps in HR and body battery when BT synching. When that happens I rush over to my PC and fire up Garmin Express USB sync to sort it out. Today it didn't work. Some Networking.RestRequestException, Garmin.Omt.Service.Sync.SyncUploadException, Html: Gateway time-out Error code 504 Cloudflare Ray ID: 91a703776dee56b7 (and 91a703b72bd356b7) crap.

    I do know that the sensors on my Fenix 7 works since I am able to view the data on the watch. The issue here is data sync with the server and the inability to resend data later on when something fails.
