Body Battery - Not appearing

The widget for body battery is not appearing at all. I have tried to uninstall the Garmin connect app and re-install it but its not made any difference. Is anyone having the same issue?

Do you see body battery in the menu? More > Health Stats > Body Battery

Do you see the Body Battery stat/widget when you in the Home page scroll down and click Edit Home > Edit At a Glance > Add

Yes sorry. The widget is there but not showing any data. Saying need to wear watch.

Then that is the issue. It must be measured in the watch before It can be synced to Garmin Connect.

Restart watch. Connect to Garmin Express and install any updates.

... also check whether the heart rate sensor is enabled (the sensor's green LED under the watch must be flashing). If not, check the Wrist HR sensor and Battery Saver settings.
