I bought a Garmin Venu 3S watch (serial number 7WC107984, software version 12.12) in October 2024, and I have trouble to keep it connected with my mobile phone Samsung Galaxy A31 (model SM-A315G/DS, serial number RF8N905X1JT).
I have installed the Connect app on my phone, the watch is paired with it, Bluetooth is on, but the connection drops after ~ 5 minutes. The only way to connect it back is to switch off and restart my mobile phone, until the connection drops again.
Could anybody please help me with this issue.
