In Play Store you should only post reviews about the app. Not about the device.
To get help with the device you contact Garmin Support, but it is often a good idea to first make a post in these forums. There are lots and lots of helpful and experienced users here that can solve most issues. Often faster than Garmin Support.
Even for a native speaker this is nearly incomprehensible. Maybe you should spend a bit more time on composing your reviews so that they can be understood rather than complaining. Just my 2cts
