Discovery App not sycing with Garmin Connect

My Garmin Connect App does not have an option to add my Discovery app so that I cant link the device and get my Vitality point. I have switched both devices on and off as well as deleting and reloading apps, still no working. Please advise.

Linking is normally done from the app/service that needs the data so link from the Discovery app.
