Are there any parkour practitioners here that track parkour on their Garmin here? How do you prefer to track it? It could be like rock climbing, but it's not about the height, it could be like dance, but maybe less intense? It could also be like the obstacle course activity, but there's not really a distance one necessarily measured while training. Is it just "cardio"?
Any thoughts?
