My Vivoactive keeps crashing during or after an activity. Can you assist?

This is increasing occurance where it happens every time now. My watch is unusable at this stage.The battery also loses charge very quickly eg. 25% in 15 minutes.

Which vivoactive? There have been a few over the last 10 years. 1st gen, HR 3, 4 and 5.

You can try a factory reset to see if that helps alleviate the crashing problem - vívoactive 3 - Restoring All Default Settings

As for the charging issue, the battery could be nearing end-of-life. Typical of a lithium-ion battery is that it needs more frequent charging until it doesn't charge at all. Not sure how long you've had the watch, but it was released in 2017.
