I have a Garmin 45S and would like to connect it to Loseit App

I want to connect Garmin app with Loseit App but it doesnt appear in the list in the Garmin app and in the Loseit app says "error, contact Garmin"

Do you have a premium subscription for Lose It? Also note that in Garmin Connect it will be shown as "FitNow."

Yes, I do...in fact I did it to able to join the 2 accounts...

I recommend reaching out directly to Product Support through their website at Garmin Support to report the issue.
