I have a Garmin 45S and would like to connect it to Loseit App

I want to connect Garmin app with Loseit App but it doesnt appear in the list in the Garmin app and in the Loseit app says "error, contact Garmin"

The Chatbot and the Garmin support are not helpful as they send you to links that work when there are no issues... I finally connected them through the laptop disconnecting and connecting again. Thanks for your help!!
