Can I restore a deleted activity? It has been recognised in my Move IQ event but I cannot find it

Please help.

I did my fastest 5K time on 23rd December and my watch was working fine but when I went to hit save and stop etc my watch face went blank and then powered off despite having full battery This meant my activity did not save.  I've just plugged it in to a PC and tried looking for the activity but cant find it.  Am I too late?  Can anybody hlelp me?

    Maybe, if you've used the watch at all since the incident, there's a good chance that the file has been overwritten.

    Assuming you've already looked in both the \Garmin\Activity and TempFIT folders.

    On my Windows 11 PC:

    • This PC\EPIX\Internal Storage\GARMIN\Activity
    • This PC\EPIX\Internal Storage\GARMIN\TempFIT

    Nonetheless you can try some of the tips suggested here - how do I get my activity back if I delete it?
