Based on recommendations I should increase my intensity minutes
But my workouts look like this below

Increase the number of continuous vigorous minutes several times per week. Unlike the IM counter that counts even individual vigorous minutes, the Fitness Age requires that there are minimally 5 (some sources even mention 10 minutes) consecutive vigorous minutes before they are accounted for.
