Vivosmart 5

Got the vivosmart 5 for xmas. For some reason I can't reply to messenger messages, it says they have been sent but they haven't. I've got a samsung phone. It's driving me mental. Any suggestions? Thanks

There is a known issue with replying to Facebook Messenger messages. Report it to Garmin Support.

I recommend reaching out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options. Email exchanges take a lot of time.
