Is it possible to Edit the Stats Tab?

I'd like to see Steps for the Activity in the Stats Tab, they are stored in the watch itself but are buried three levels deep

The stats tab for an activity? No, it can't be changed.

To see the steps you can use a Connect IQ data field. Then it will be added to the stats tab.
