I have sank my Garmin many many times today and over the course of the last week, and it says that I don't have any steps. In a step challenge, it also says I have no steps. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Does the watch show some steps? If not, then the accelerometer may be dead. If it does show the steps, and they do not sync to GC, then try syncing over the cable to a computer with Garmin Express. If it does not help, try to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, then log a few minutes of steps, and see whether it helped with the new steps. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for some more tips.
