Incomplete Body Battery Data

Is anyone here getting random days with incomplete or partial data in Garmin Connect? I'm using a FR 255 Music, if that helps. Data in the watch is complete, but when syncing it with Garmin Connect, there are days that body battery data is incomplete or missing.

Garmin Connect only started behaving this way last December 15, 2024.

In simiIar cases of random data loss, it often helps to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support. You could also review the Device Sync Audits (in the Settings menu of the app). There could be some clues, if the syncing of the data file fails for some reason. If you find nothing, then I recommend reaching out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. They will likely ask you to reset the watch to the factory defaults, so you could do that too even before you contact them.
