I'm on week 4 of coach greg run/walk program but its the same think 4 minutes of walk brisk pace by 1 minute of running. To be repeated 3 times. Total time 20 minutes.
Is this normal cause it doesnt seem challenging, i started to do 2 minutes of walk and 60 to 90 seconds of running.
Also wish garmin would provide a in app option to get a run to count towatds thecoach plan when you mess up and dont select it when starting
