garmin connect workouts

I have a fr245 and I have two question regarding garmin connect workouts. I am talking about the feature where you can create Workouts via the Garmin Connect app and dend them to the watch.

Is this possible to assign gear, like a bike or a shoe pair to specific workouts? For example, if I have a dedicated pair of shoes for intervals, can I create a assign those to an interval workout so that they are added to the intervals session instead of my default shoe?

For weight training, is this possible to add "blank" exercices? I'm always training in the same format: either 10 tabatas or 4 super sets (i.e. two exercices back to back), but the order and type of the exercices varies. When I do weight training, garmin autodetects the exercise I'm doing, so can I use that feature when creating workouts.
