Powernaps not detected

Sleep is recorded, but powernaps are not. Garmin Fenix 7s ss, running last version beta. Problem has been for the last few days. Watch giving notice of relaxed periods etc, but the nap is not transferred to the app. Samsung S22 FE, running Connect version 5.7.

The app does not detect any naps. It is the watch that does it, assuming the naps detection is enabled. You can also log the naps manually - see more details in the Naps FAQ at Frequently Asked Questions About Tracking Naps | Garmin Customer Support

Naps can get tracked automatically without being put into Nap Mode if there is a long enough period of inactivity, but the preferred method is to trigger a nap manually for best results. To manually trigger the nap function, see details below:

Scroll or swipe down from your watch face to your glances.

Select the Nap glance.

Press the top right button.

Select Start Nap (If this option does not appear skip to step 5).

Select the checkmark to set a nap timer.

Set the desired nap duration.

Press the top right button to start the timer.

It's recorded by the watch. It just doesn't transfer to the app.

In that case I recommend to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, then log a nap, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.

Did not fix the problem. Still not syncing naps any more.
