I'm currently working through a training plan to get a PB on my 10k. A colleague at work is also doing the same. Upon comparing notes, I noticed that his steps show an estimated distance for cool downs and runs.
Mine doesn’t show this, I’ve also seen some screen shots that show a heart rate range.
Can anyone shed any light on what drives this and what info or settings do I need to have on to get this additional data.
We both have Epix pro 2 so nothing to do with Garmin restricting data for premium watches, I also have the premium heart rate monitor.
