New phone, where is my data?

If I never linked my garmin connect app to an email account and recently got a new phone, is all my data gone? I synced the watch to a new email account I just created and did a factory reset of my old phone. Is all the data 100% gone?

The data is linked to your original account. Log off then log into your already existing account. Use the same account you used to login to Garmin Connect Web.

You must login to the app in some way to use it. Do you mean that you used a username instead of an email address? The username still works to login with so use that and check to which email address it is registered with.

You can use your username even if it says email address for that field.
