Subject: Route Importing Issue: Custom Name Assignment by Garmin Connect

Hello,

When I import a route via email into Garmin Connect, it automatically assigns a new name rather than keeping the original name. This is inconvenient and makes it difficult to organize my routes.

Could this be adjusted so that Garmin Connect preserves the original route name?

Good evening,
I have the same problem (I have an edge 1040) and I don't know why? It's strange because I have a friend who has an edge 1030 and Garmin Connect with Android and he, the initial name of the course is kept! For me, when I click on an Openrunner course link for example and then click on open with Garmin Connect, the name of the course is automatically changed like this: city, cycling, kilometers, date !!!
How can I keep the initial name of the created course when I open it with Garmin Connect?

I am adding to my previous message by specifying that the problem encountered only occurs on Garmin Connect mobile (with Garmin Connect web, the original name of the route is preserved)
