a few days ago when I open Connect app (Android) I noticed the green dot disappear and my Forerunner35 disappear.
whenever I try to reconnect the watch I go through the pairing process and the last step is to sync and after about 30 seconds it says "something went wrong, we are having problems completing your sync"
this problem started just after the Garmin Connect app was updated, now V5.6
Tried all the usual things...
- uninstall/reinstall app
- phone off/on
- watch off/on
I installed Garmin Express on my Windows device and used the watch cable to sync that way.
the web page has all my activity
and the phone app has it too now.
everything seems to work ok except syncing the watch with the app.
So, it sounds to me like it is the latest version of the phone app that is the problem.
Anyone else having sync issues?
