Body Battery and Stress not synchronized

Hello,

I own a Fenix 7 pro.

I  installed the new update yesterday (18.16).

I always put my watch in flight mode when I go to sleep. Today, when I turned the flight mode off and activated the synchonization , I noticed that the Bodybattery, the heratrate and the stress from midnight until the wake up were not synchronized.

I already tried to force the synchronization. It didn't work. I also tried with Garmin express, same result. I tried to restart the watch. Nothing.

The data is well displayed on the watch. It' just not synchronized with Garmin connect.

Can someone could help me?

  • I would restart the watch, and see whether it helps to sync the data from now on. The data that did not sync is very probably already lost, if you tell that even syncing over Garmin Express did not help.

Respectively, instead of plain restarting the watch, do rather the hard-reset - sync, then press the Light button for some 30s till it completely shuts down (hold the button through the emergency alert, if it comes), wait little bit, and then restart. No worry, no data or settings will be lost with it. [more details].

If that alone does not help, then I recommend to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, then log a few minutes of steps and HR, and record a test activity, wait till the next morning, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.

  • ... and if you ask why the data is lost, then my guess is that the data was not synced (possibly because the watch was in the Flight mode), just before the firmware update.
