Garmin pay / Garmin connect issue

Hello,
I've got a problem in garmin pay with fenix 7 pro solar watch

Few days ago cards work well, now it is not working correctly.

Anyone know something about

I did hard reset watch, reinstalled garmin connect

  • I do not know the reason, but I would try using an alternative Internet connection. For example mobile data instead of wi-fi, or vice versa. And if you use any VPN, try to disable it. Or oppositely, try using one, if you do not and know how to do it. Your IP address might be detected by the CloudFlare security gateway in a wrong region, or be banned for some reason, so changing the access provider could help in such case.

    If it does nt help, I recommend reaching out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options for an instant response. Email exchanges usually take a few days. 

  • I had similar problem. I had 4 cards in Garmin Pay that worked in the past. After a firmware update they disappeared from the watch, though they were still present in Garmin Connect. However it wasn't possible to get them sent to the watch. Stupid Garmin agents told me I should check with my bank (they tried to convince me that everything is ok in Garmin and the problem is in all of the involved banks... ) Of course this was ***. Deleting them from Garmin Pay in Garmin connect and reading them worked.

    However it turned out that there are 2 ways to get to Garmin Pay in the app and some of the things behave differently so try both ways:

    Devices - your device - Garmin pay

    3 dots in bottom right corner - Garmin pay
