Live Track Approval

My friend ask me to follow him on live track and send me a mail for approval what happen with garmin? i cannot follow him by error.

Other people happen the same?

For error see picture.

For me is this situation a safety issue.

Did you use a VPN connection when accessing the website, or did you change your location?

no VPN connection, i can access livetracks from the website and not from garmin mobile app, so i am constantly on a different location (garmin mobile app)
