Triathlon activity crashed Garmin watch after bike-to-run transition, and will not sync to Connect app

Watch: Epix Pro Gen 2 on latest firmware.

I have the .fit file and have tried and failed to repair it using fitfiletools.com and FitEdit and Fit File Repair Tool. I only need the swim part of the activity as I dual-recorded the bike section on my Edge for navigation, and as the watch crashed at the start of the run, I simply began a new run activity a few hundred metres in.

Any help would be appreciated greatly.

We can try:

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

That's amazing, thank you! The run is missing from that .fit because I cancelled the activity after the watch rebooted, and then started a standalone run activity. I'm not fussed about including the run in the multisport event, what you've given me is perfect.

Which tool did you use to repair the file? In what way was it corrupted?

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool

The app fixed most issues automatically. There was no transition to the bike, so I added it.
