Thanks, but that’s not really the question. I would suspect there is a political reason why nothing has happened yet, as Garmin won’t want to spend anytime trying to sync data across devices for a competitor. As a consumer, I can’t justify spending double the amount on a blood pressure monitor just to use it in an app, especially when the Garmin Blood Pressure monitor has widely been denigrated for being inaccurate. Hopefully some smart IT person could code it for the layman…
It only takes a few seconds to add measurements manually. Seems to me, at least, a reasonable way to utilise a medical grade device like OMRON at a fraction of the garmin monitor price.
