Lavoro Anaerobico "non rilevato"

Salve,

Grazie

  • For anaerobic effect, you need short bursts (usually not much longer than about a minute) of maximal effort (with the heart rate going over the threshold to the HR Zone 5). Read more about it, and see some examples here: What Is the Training Effect Feature on My Garmin Device? | Garmin Customer Support

Make sure your Max HR is accurately set. In doubts, do a field Max HR test (find a tutorial in your language on YouTube or elsewhere online), or do a test in a sports lab.

I also highly recommend using a HRM chest strap, since the optical HR sensor may lock on the cadence, or may be slow to react to the changes of the HR, especially when not properly worn, or at lower temperatures where the peripheral vasoconstrictions kicks in.

Once you have the HRM strap and the Max HR is reliably set, conduce the Self Guided Lactate Threshold Test which can be find in the Training menu of the Run activity profile.
