Play store rating from 4.5 to 4.1 after Connect update

Has anyone got any feedback when contacting Garmin via support or some other channel? Are there any plans to update/upgrade/change the Connect in future?

That's in the perfect conformity with Murphy's laws telling that "any of developers' actions only makes things worse", and that "every solution creates new problems".
