Training status

Dopo aver fatto attività molto intensa t.e 3.2 e 4.0 quindi ad alto impatto, continuo ad essere in "mantenimento".

Cosi Come acclimatazione al calore non è esattamente.

Oggi 2h tra 22 e 27º e mi dice in discesa.

  • To get into productive you must get an increase in your VO2 max value. It takes time to build a higher VO2 max. So being in maintaining is good. Normally you will move up some time (productive) and then stay at the same level for some time (maintaining) and if your training is productive over time you will get an increase in VO2 max and transition status into productive again.
