Menstrual cycle tracker

Hi, I lost all my data from menstrual cycle tracker. It wants me to start everything again, but I can't remember all my periods. Can I somewhow restore my old data?

Sign out from Garmin Connect, and then sign back in with the original credentials. If you do not remember them, check out your email archive and look up the confirmation email from the time you created the account. You can also try using Garmin Connect Web - if you already used it previously, you may still be signed in into the original account with all your historical data. If nothing of it helps, then I recommend reaching out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options for an instant response. Email exchanges usually take a few days.

Hi! Yes, I just clicked on "start tracking" or something like that and all my data came back
