Training Load and Load Focus not updated

Hi,

today i made a e-bike activity, all activity data are correctly synchronized but the Training Load graph and Load Focus values are not updated.

It's maybe an issue due to Garmin server down this morning?

How I can solve?

Thanks a lot in advance.

P.s.: on my Smartwatch (epix pro gen 2) all values are correctly updated

  • I had the exact same problem: I did a running activity this morning, on the Fenix 6 solar everything is perfect, on the app only the total load value is updated, but the graph is not updated and it is as if I had not done the activity. I tried several times to synchronize and restart both the app and the smartwatch but it does not change much. Has anyone managed to solve it? If necessary, can this data be added manually?

  • Additional Information:

In the Training Status summary it is 883 instead in the graph 602, however in the exercise load, the activity load of 221 appears. Heat acclimation has been updated.

  • Exactly the same for me too!

  • The problem seems to have resolved itself by doing a second activity, actually a walk, and at the end of this automatically in the training load everything became as it should have been after the activity this morning

  • For me too, but I have only the value of today, not that for yesterday

  • have you tried to create a manual activity or import a short activity on the day that the training load was not calculated? maybe this could unlock the calculation in the graph and in any case you can always delete it later

  • I have the same problem,

Load focus range not updated after activity and alsotraining load graph, it is really frustrating after activity of 252 load. I have tried second activity right after, only 3minutess cycling, but did not help.

Load focus and training load graph is updated only on my forerunner 255 and edge 840, but not in garmin connect :(

  • Next day after sync, it got resolved.

  • For me none... Frustrating lose a load of 338

  • I would be frustrated too, especially with a workout with such a high load!!

Try accessing the Garmin account from a PC browser and extracting the activity by clicking on the gear wheel. The file should be activity.fit. Then try re-importing it and see if the load of the activity is calculated, if it is calculated twice you can always delete it
