As far as I see this is you only forum post, so am not quite sure what exactly you want to delete. If you mean the post that you just created, then you can edit it, and remove the text. You can no more delete it, since I already replied, otherwise it would be possible too.
And if you are getting some email notifications for threads that you previously subscribed, then you can either disable the subscriptions individually (after clicking the "More" under the OP), or globally in the Forum Profile settings - either selectively on the Notifications tab, or by removing the email address on the Options tab.
