Bugs since two weeks

I noticed two bugs in GC Android since two weeks.

The help function of several charts (e.g. Cadans of an running activity) in an activity aren't working. The app is killed or goes back to the news feed.

Another issue with a running activity is the average pace of an portion of the chart. Normally it shows the average pace of the selection, but now only the difference in pace between the two measurement points.

  • I am seeing the same problems with the help function - mostly when I go into a run activity and review the charts (Cadence, Vertical Ratio, Vertical Oscillation.

  • I'm facing similar issue as if details not showing whenever trying to access infos such as cadence, GCT and etc under chart tabs on all running activities, whenever clicked to expand the details either it will go back to all running activities page or asked me to clear cache due to error, however same issue still recur after cleared the cache as per requested, Forerunner 265. It has been closed to a month for me at least this issue kind of annoying.

  • Similar problems accessing my challenges,  it says that the program isn't working and closes the app.  It has been doing this for about 5 days now!

  • I have been having a similar problem with my challenges.  It crashes and says that the application isn't available.  It has been doing this for about five days.

  • Same problem here. App crashes when trying to access the help function of some of the running charts. Very annoying. How come Garmin introduces new bugs over and over again?

  • Okay, I don't feel so bad now!  Because I asked a few of my friends, and they were all find.  I waa starting to think that I was nuts!Sweat smile  Wonder if there is a fix, or if I will just never see my progress again? DisappointedShrug

  • I have the same problem with the help section for running g cadence.

Waiting for someone at Garmin to acknowledge

  • Let us know if you find anything out.  Because this is more than a little frustrating.  Thanks!
