Venu 2 Plus ECG app works but does not download results to Connect app

I have a Venu 2 Plus and the ECG app works, but it does not download the results to the Android connect app, although it used to. I can still see my previous downloads in the app, but not any new ones. All of my previous downloads are from before the last connect app update; however, it has been quite a while since I used the ECG app so I'm not sure if that is when the downloads stopped working. I tried removing my watch from the app and adding it back in and it still does not download the results.

  • have you signed out and back into Garmin Connect Mobile app? if that doesn't help, I suggest removing the watch from the app again, resetting the watch, then adding it back.
