Where can I see my actual HR zones?

I can see my actual (bpm values of my) HR zone settings in Garmin Connect for vivoactive4, fr245, fenix6 devices.

But I can only see the settings in the not too meaningful percentages, but without the actual bpm values for fr965.

Is there a way to see them?

  • Is there a way to see them?

In any recent activity, on the Time in Zones tab

  • Well, not very useful.

I do remember that I was able to see it.

In fact I can still see it on my son's account. He has a vivosmart 4, and there, when I go to the Devices > vivosmart 4 > User Settings > Heart Rate Zones I see the bpm values.

I can also see in my other son's account. He uses my old fr245:

In my account I go to Devices > Forerunner 965 > User Settings > Heart Rate Zones and I can only see the percentages.

It's annoying, Why can't they display in grey the current bpm values?

  • As I wrote, with newer devices you can only see it in the activity. It was taken away from the settings at new models already  a while ago. As for the question why it is so, we can only speculate, nobody will tell you here.

  • Ok, I sent a bug report and a feature request to Garmin with a link to this thread. Let's hope...
