You can try restarting the app, or the phone, verifying the app permissions, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, using an alternative Internet connection. If it does not help, reach out to the Support…
Yesterday I sent an email to get more info and report the problem to the garmin support
Already done and it works, but I want to be able to do it with android app
Can somebody help me please?
Try it with Garmin Connect Web, to see whether it makes any difference: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

All already done, thanks in any case.
I'll wait maybe an app upgrade?! And after I'll reach out the Suppot...
Same case here. Everything worked fine till yesterday. From that moment app say error during uploading image to activity (I have Pixel 8 phone)
Me too...Pixel 8 Pro phone
Same here, Pixel 7, July update, GC ver. 5.3
Since Tuesday i cannot upload any photos from the app (Oops! error)
Probably its some kind of Pixel-related problem since just Pixel phones are affected.
pls fix it)
Probably kind of Pixel security patch related problem. It will be nice to have it fixed...
No point waiting for a bug to be fixed, especially since most probably Garmin isn't aware of the problem. Report the bug. I did report bugs regarding picture upload 2 years ago. They fixed it after a few months. Then it came back, reported again, they fixed again.
I wouldn't be surprised if they'll also tell you to upload via web. For some reason they always want to give non-user-friendly workarounds instead of admitting that there's a bug and reporting it to the relevant internal team. When that happens try to ask them nicely to do open a bug report anyways. Sometimes it works.
BTW I recommend reporting via email and not chat, there's more chance you'll get a response and they'll sometimes even let you know when they release the fix. Via chat it's more like throwing things into a black hole...
Same problem since Yesterday with my pixel 7 pro
