Feature Update: Add GPS elevation to Expeditions

Monthly Garmin cycling climb challenges use GPS elevation, and distance Expeditions use GPS distance. However, the current "floors" expeditions only count outdoor elevation if it was tracked by altimeters, not GPS

Since outdoor walk/run/hikes already capture GPS elevation, this would be an easy update to the coding for these challenges.

I'm just as frustrated with Garmin for their removal of TOTAL ASCENT from Trail Running Overview. What is Trail Running without elevation gain metric. Someone decided that wasn't important and had it relocated to the STATS tab. There's so much room right next to the Distance field to add Total Ascent numbers.

Garmin wants you to buy a watch that has an altimeter. It's a marketing thing.
