Exactly what is used to determine heat "acclimation"? Working out in heat and acclimating to heat are not the same thing. It may say you need to workout at "72° or above for 4 days or more", but how & what is it using to determine you are actually "acclimating" to heat vs just working out in it? It's own explanation doesn't clarify it. So it uses GPS & your phones weather data. Ok, so it knows you're in a location that has 72° or above. Fine. But that has nothing to do with actual "acclimating" & adapting to heat. How is it determining you're acclimating to it?
